Go to ustream.com and log in or click 'Sign Up' if you have not already joined. Set up your 'broadcast' and copy the 'embed' code from the right side of the page under 'Share Your Show' - paste this embed code into a text box or discussion box on one of your county pages.

 
Don't try to set this up at the last minute - plan at least half a day to play with ustream and figure out how to host a 'show' or conference.

 
Go to 'FreeConferenceCalling.com' and sign up for a free account. Publish your conference call info in the appropriate space on your county pages.
