I did it! On Thursday, February 18, 2010 I officially submitted my "Declaration of Candidacy" at the Voter Registrar Office in Stockton for San Joaquin County. The process was very simple, just a few informational pages to complete. There, I received the petitions for nomination signatures, and the list of voters who qualify as signers.
