VT VoterID/GOTV Update 2/16/11
As some of you may know, I am working on a VoterID/GOTV initiative for my county in Vermont. I am running into a multitude of stumbling blocks that seem to have been engineered for the direct purpose of discouraging party operations here in VT by the SoS office itself. When registering to vote in VT, party ID is not required, nor documented.
